We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Heidelberg, Germany. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Options & Rates

• Standard (3–5 business days) — €4.95, free on orders over €100
• Express (1–2 business days) — €9.95

The above rates apply to European destinations. For international orders, the exact shipping rate for your destination is displayed at checkout before payment — there are no surprises. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your confirmation email, please contact us.

VAT & Import Duties

All prices on our website are inclusive of 19% German VAT (MwSt). Customers within the European Union will not incur additional import charges.

Customers outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, and other countries — may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
