Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not hold stock for exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

- Custom or bespoke orders
- Final-sale items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
