Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Heidelberg, Germany. Catalog orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timing depends on your destination and the service selected at checkout.

Delivery Options & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected market, and chosen service. If your order qualifies for complimentary shipping, that will be shown automatically before you pay.

Where an express option is available, it will appear at checkout together with the delivery estimate for your destination. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

VAT & Duties

For customers within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable. Customers outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and other destinations — may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable.
